A Texan worker recently lost his life to a tragic, work related accident. Rodolfo Torrez Vazquez, a 30-year-old Dallas resident, fell from a water tower in Kokomo, Indiana, while servicing the tower. An unfortunate and unforeseen twist of events led Vasquez to get caught around a safety line and lose his footing, according to the Howard County Sheriff's Department. The fatal fall left Vasquez with a broken neck and caught 50 feet above the ground. Rescue workers found him dead upon their arrival.
