At Wagner Reese and Crossen the majority of our cases come from other attorneys and we consider that a compliment.

We accept cases from referring attorneys as long as they involve significant injury, damages or death. Our firm is willing to put in the time, the effort and the resources to see a case through trial.

Whether it's an attorney who wants to refer numerous cases to us, such as workers compensation cases, or an attorney who has one big lifetime case, we're here to help as co-counsel.

Indiana rules of professional conduct allow us to share a fee with another lawyer if both attorneys take responsibility for the case and the fee split is disclosed to the client in writing. We follow those rules and we always pay our referring attorneys.

When you refer a client to us you can be assured of two things, number one, we're going to do a good job for your client and you're going to be proud. Number two, at the end of the case, we're going to pay you the referral fee that we agreed upon.

If you have a client that needs help with an Indiana claim, call our office. We'll work on a co-counsel arrangement that's beneficial to our client and to you.
